EmpRes Healthcare is currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated therapist to lead our In-House Rehab Team at Pahrump Health and Rehab Center (located about an hour west of Las Vegas). Full time, Salaried Position. The Rehab Manager (RM) is accountable to the Executive Director (ED) for the day to day operations of the rehab department in accordance with the Center policies, state and federal regulations and region specific processes. The RM directs continuous quality improvement of the Rehab Department and maintains high standards of excellence by being knowledgeable of industry trends and by implementing up-to-date therapy practices.
